Frequently asked questions
How does the whale tracker work?
You provide Solana wallet addresses to track. Our bot monitors the blockchain for swap transactions (buys and sells) from those wallets using Helius enhanced webhooks. When a trade is detected, you receive an alert on Telegram with the token, amount, DEX, and links to view the transaction.
What swaps does it detect?
We detect all token swaps across major Solana DEXs including Raydium, Jupiter, Pump.fun, and Orca. Both buy and sell events are tracked with SOL amounts and token details.
How fast are the alerts?
Alert speed depends on your tier. Pro users get instant alerts (0 delay). Basic users receive alerts within 30 seconds. Free users have a 5-minute delay.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your tracked wallets are private to you. We don't share tracking data between users or with third parties.
How do I pay for an upgrade?
Upgrades are paid in SOL directly through the Telegram bot. Each user gets a unique deposit address. Send the required SOL and your tier upgrades automatically within 60 seconds.
Can I track any Solana wallet?
Yes — any valid Solana wallet address can be tracked. Many users track known whale wallets, alpha callers, or smart money addresses.
What filters are available?
Each tracked wallet can have its own filters. Basic tier unlocks side filters (buy only / sell only) and per-wallet minimum SOL thresholds. Pro tier adds DEX filtering (e.g. only Raydium swaps), token whitelists, and token blacklists. All tiers can set a global minimum SOL and toggle notifications per wallet.
What is digest mode?
Instead of receiving instant alerts for every swap, digest mode batches all alerts and sends you a clean summary — either hourly or daily. It shows total swaps, buy/sell breakdown, volume, and a per-token leaderboard. Available on Basic and Pro tiers.
What are quiet hours?
Pro users can set a time window in UTC (e.g. 22:00–06:00) during which alerts are silenced and queued. When quiet hours end, you receive a digest with everything that happened. No more 3 AM notifications.
