1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Subglow ("the Service"), operated at subglow.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Subglow provides filtered Solana gRPC streaming infrastructure. We deliver pre-parsed, server-side filtered blockchain data for programs including Pump.fun, Raydium, and Jupiter. Access is provided via API keys through subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the free tier.

4. Plans and Billing

Payment

We accept payments in SOL and USDC on the Solana mainnet. Deposits are credited to your account balance after on-chain confirmation. Plan fees are deducted from your balance.

Free tier

The free tier provides 100 API requests per day. This limit resets at midnight UTC. Free tier users may not circumvent rate limits by creating multiple accounts.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly from your account balance. If your balance is insufficient at renewal time, your plan will be downgraded to the free tier. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Refunds

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, all deposits are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact us at sales@subglow.io for refund inquiries.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal activity
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack our infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
Share API keys with unauthorized third parties
Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms

6. Data and Content

Blockchain data delivered through our Service is sourced from the public Solana network. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. You are responsible for validating data for your specific use case.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, network issues, and Solana network disruptions may cause temporary outages. SLA guarantees are only available on the Dedicated plan as specified in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subglow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose, including high-frequency trading or financial decision-making.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and documentation on subglow.io is owned by Subglow. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission. Your use of the API does not grant you any ownership rights to our technology.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Any remaining balance may be forfeited if the account was terminated for abuse.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
